Hi Everyone,
I want to hear your opinions.
Will a driver increase his stats faster in a youth series or will being promoted to test driver help him faster?

I have a young driver I want to put in a test role purely because he is the best of a bad bunch but not sure if its the right move

He will increase faster in a youth role as far as I remember since this is what the youth role is meant for plus he will complete more laps usually then a test driver.

Remember you can also have him test during none race weeks to further progress his experience.

when you do not care about synergy you can boost that with letting a driver race in youth races (feeder) + u18 in case he is still young enough + in senior races (or test only)

that will kill your synergy, cost alot of money in case you pay serious bonus but will double to triple the progress - that's how I pushed Aman and Solèr to superb experience in only 2-3 seasons

I wont do that again cause it can be very expensive and frustrating
