The morale on 2 of my designers keeps dropping & i am winning races as well as the championship. I don't understand. What is the morale connected to? The 2 of them share the work with a 3rd designer who is fine with his role. Everyone is in their contracted roles. They are all juniors, so you would think that the head designer would be superb morale.
