Staff pool

The staff pool gives an overview of all the staff that are currently contracted to your team. The table gives an overview of the most important information in regards to the staff and their contractual situation.

Season changes

The season changes panel gives an overview of the changes for the next season by default. These changes can be a staff leaving the team, which is marked by out, or a staff joining the team, marked by in. It's possible to go further in the future by clicking Next season.

Roles

The roles panel allows you to define which staff member is responsible for which aspect. This is a very important panel that defines the heads of every job type. You can also create junior roles here. To do that you need to have free staff space, which can be expanded in your facilities. Please note that if the heads and 1st and 2nd driver are changed too often, it will have a noticeable negative effect on the synergy of the team.

When swapping staff between roles, you will lower your team synergy.
